RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied after receipt of your order, you can return or exchange it within the period of 14 days starting from the date of receipt.

The goods must be unworn and undamaged. The goods must be in the original packaging and with all labels attached. If this is not the case, the exchange or return will be refused. Underwear will not be accepted. Items that were purchased on sale will not be accepted.

At the bottom of this page, you will find the link to the form that you need in order to exchange or return your goods. This form should be filled out completely and correctly, and to be added to the goods that you wish to exchange or return.

When the goods are received in good condition, they will be refunded to you within the term of 10 days of receipt. The shipping cost for the goods that you want to return or exchange will not be refunded. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are satisfied with your goods but need a different size, you can exchange it within the time limit of 14 days. The same conditions apply for exchange than return.

We will send you the required size as soon as possible, if in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will refund your purchasing fee as soon as possible.
